Before creating torrents, lets see what are these torrents. What I know is torrents are the huge file sharing networks, these include several hundreds of thousands of people sharing any files ( movies, music, games, applications, etc). So in simple term it is a file sharing network. Now in order to share any file you need to generate torrent file (.torrent extension) using a torrent application called utorrent.
Just follow these steps to learn creating a torrent yourself:
1. Install the utorrent application from www.utorrent.com/downloads
2. Once you are done with the installation, open the utorrent program from desktop shortcut.
3. Now, goto file menu, click on create a new torrent.
4. Select the file/folder you want to share.
5. Enter the trackers (just copy the below links) , so that your torrent will available to public.

6. Enter the comment if you want.
7. Select start seeding option, click on create and save as.
